Firefighter paramedic. Husband. Founder.
Paul T. Brewer is a working firefighter paramedic who has spent his career responding to the worst day of someone's life. Time after time, he watched families step into a crisis — a fire, a heart attack, a sudden death — and have no idea where to find the documents, accounts, passwords, or wishes that would let them act.
After one too many calls where loved ones were left scrambling through filing cabinets while time was running out, Paul built the system he wished every family already had. That system became The Legacy Binder Family Preparedness System.
Today the binder is a guided web app, fillable PDF, and Notion template used by families across the country to organize emergency contacts, financial accounts, medical records, legal documents, and final wishes — all in one place.
The Legacy Binder is part of The Legacy Project 360, founded by firefighter paramedic and author Paul Brewer. The mission is simple — help families prepare well, protect what matters, and build a legacy rooted in faith, family, and practical wisdom.
The story behind the binder
The Legacy Binder didn't start as a product. It started as a Google Doc Paul kept for his own family — a single page that grew into a folder, then into a binder, then into the system he now teaches other families to build.
When friends and crewmates kept asking him to send them a copy, Paul realized this was something every family needed — but almost nobody had. So he turned it into a guided system anyone could finish in an afternoon.
Mission
Help 1 million families build, protect, and pass on their legacy. A portion of every Legacy Binder sale goes directly to Agape International Missions to help rescue, restore, and prevent human trafficking.
